Delivery Charges
- FREE UK delivery on all orders £60 and above.
- Orders below this threshold are subject to a flat-rate delivery charge.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, our 14-day return guarantee makes it easy to return or exchange your items.
Return Eligibility
You may return any item if:
- The product is unworn, unwashed, in original packaging, with tags intact, and in resalable condition.
- Return request is submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Proof of purchase (order number) is provided.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email your request to hello@littlegusto.com, including your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, we’ll send you the return address and instructions.
- Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
- Please note: Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
Exchanges
Want a different size, colour, or style?

- Exchanges depend on stock availability.
- Exchange shipping costs may apply unless the product was faulty.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure hygiene and product integrity, the following items are non-returnable:

- Washed or worn clothing
- Items without original tags or damaged packaging
- Used skincare or baby cosmetics
