- What is Clearpay?

Clearpay lets you split your purchase into four equal payments, scheduled fortnightly. It’s designed to help you manage cashflow by spreading the cost.

- Is it interest-free?

Yes, Clearpay is interest-free when you pay on time. If you miss a payment, late fees may apply (see “Late fees” below).

- Where can I use Clearpay?

Clearpay is available for eligible purchases made on the Little Gusto website at checkout.

-Who can use Clearpay?

Clearpay is available to UK residents aged 18+ (excluding the Channel Islands) with a UK billing address. Additional eligibility criteria may apply.

-How does the payment schedule work?

Your order total is split into 4 equal instalments:

• 1st payment at checkout

• Remaining 3 payments taken every 2 weeks

You can view upcoming payments and manage your plan in your Clearpay account.

- Can I pay early?

Yes. You can make early payments in your Clearpay account, and your remaining balance will update accordingly.

- What happens if I miss a payment?

If you miss a payment, Clearpay may pause your ability to place new orders using Clearpay until your account is brought up to date. Late fees may apply and unpaid balances may be referred to a debt collection agency.

- Late fees - how much are they?

Late fees are charged by Clearpay if a payment isn’t made on time. Fees can be:

• £6 for a missed payment, plus

• an additional £6 if still unpaid after 7 days

Caps:

• Orders under £24: late fees are capped at £6

• Orders £24+: total late fees are capped at the lower of £24 or 25% of the order value
  
  

- When will my order be delivered?

Clearpay orders are shipped exactly the same way as any other order. Delivery times are based on the shipping option you select at checkout.

- Is there a spending limit?

Clearpay limits can vary and may depend on factors such as being a new customer and payment history. Your maximum may be lower than expected.

- Can I use a discount code or gift card with Clearpay?

Yes, if your order remains eligible, you can use promo codes and/or gift cards at checkout alongside Clearpay.

- Returns & refunds - what if I send something back?

Our normal returns process applies. If your return is approved:

• the refund is processed back to Clearpay

• any remaining instalments are adjusted/cancelled where applicable

• any amounts already paid are returned to the original card (timing depends on Clearpay and your bank)

You should continue making payments until your return is confirmed/processed.
